Responsibilities include programming; booking/scheduling rentals; contract negotiations; marketing;  planning; managing budget; coordinating hospitality needs; supervise, train, evaluate and assigned staff; serve as community representative; oversee box office operations; develop volunteer base.  At least two-to-three years related experience covering a broad scope of management.  Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with theatre experience, or Bachelor's Degree in Theatre with Business Management experience.  MUST have flexibility in scheduling to accommodate evening and weekend hours.
