Art and media organizations operate in a strong international, multicultural and digital environment. As a result, a special European oriented education program at the MA level is essential. The program has the following aims to create educational opportunities for graduates to develop their managerial skills in accordance with the needs of professional art and media management in a European context, to create intellectual conditions for graduates to develop their cultural vision on European culture and the way organiations can work together within this culture and to create an educational structure in which graduates can develop their leadership and teamwork skills.
