Cultural Tourism And Cultural Heritage: Rivals Or Synergists? The Case Of Heritage Marketing

Abstract  

I argue that the management of cultural tourism heritage sites should primarily accept the tools offered by the science of marketing and then adopt a marketing approach suitable to the nature of heritage sites in order to attract heritage tourists while preserving the authenticity of the site.
