Abstract

Interviews were conducted with several directors of education in many prominent cultural art institutions and art education organizations to understand in greater detail the programs and assessment methods used in evaluation. This essay, in the form of a case study, raises the question of whether the participants of the New York Philharmonic's School Partnership Program see that it is achieving its goals in recent years (1997-2002).
